1. Who we are and acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the WozAds marketplace, available at wozads.com and related domains (“Platform”), to connect influencers and businesses in promotional campaigns.

By creating an account, completing a profile, applying to campaigns, or publishing content, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Account and eligibility

You must provide true and up-to-date information. Incomplete, false, or abusive accounts may be suspended.

Businesses and influencers are responsible for the content they publish and for the obligations agreed in each campaign (brief, deadlines, and deliverables).

3. Campaigns and objectives

Campaigns may have objectives such as sales, sign-ups, engagement, visits, messages, or brand awareness. The advertiser defines the objective and brief; the influencer commits to execute as agreed.

Amounts, talent fees, commissions, and barters follow the rules shown in the campaign and dashboard. Disputes should be handled in good faith based on the brief.

4. Conduct

Illegal, discriminatory, fraudulent content, or content that violates third-party rights is prohibited. WozAds may remove content and suspend accounts in case of violations.
