개인정보 처리방침

1. 수집하는 데이터

등록 데이터(이름, 이메일, 전화), 공개 프로필 데이터(사진, 소개, 니치, SNS), 귀하가 제공하거나 연결한 지표(예: Instagram), 그리고 마켓플레이스 운영에 필요한 이용 기록을 수집합니다.

When you connect Instagram with Instagram Login, we may receive: Instagram user ID, username, account type (Business/Creator), profile picture, follower count, media IDs and permalinks of posts you authorize us to read, and media/account insights (such as views, reach, and interactions) needed to verify campaign deliverables.

2. 이용 방법

계정 운영, 프로필·캠페인 표시, 지원 처리, 플랫폼 개선, 사기 방지 및 법적 의무 이행을 위해 데이터를 사용합니다.

Instagram data is used to (a) confirm that a creator connected their own professional Instagram account, (b) match submitted deliverable permalinks to media on that account, (c) show campaign performance metrics to the hiring brand for posts the creator submitted, and (d), when the brand enables it on a campaign, send one automatic private reply (DM) to people who commented with the configured keyword — only from the creator’s account and only in response to that comment (Private Reply). We do not publish Instagram content on the creator’s behalf without their action.

3. Instagram / Meta Platform data

Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted at rest and associated with a single WozAds profile. Each Instagram user ID can be linked to only one WozAds profile. Tokens are refreshed or revoked when you disconnect Instagram, when Meta sends a deauthorize callback, or when you request deletion.

Deauthorize callback: POST https://wozads.com/meta/instagram/deauthorize. Data deletion request: POST https://wozads.com/meta/instagram/data-deletion (status at GET https://wozads.com/meta/instagram/data-deletion/status). You can also disconnect Instagram anytime under My Data, or email help@wozads.com.

3. 공유

공개 프로필 데이터는 마켓플레이스에 표시됩니다. 캠페인 데이터는 실행에 필요한 범위에서 광고주와 인플루언서 간에 공유될 수 있습니다. 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다.

5. Retention and security

We retain Instagram connection data while your account remains connected and for a limited period afterward as needed for disputes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. We apply encryption in transit (HTTPS) and encrypt Instagram tokens at rest.
